2. Your use of the Application Site
2.1 If you wish to apply for an internship role with Us you will be directed to the Application Site on which you can submit your application details and CV.
2.3 Your use of the Information Site or Application Site and our collection and processing of the Information is not an employment offer or contract between us, and will not create any relationship between you and us. If we do make an employment offer to you, we will provide further information separately about the handling of the Information.
3. What Information do we collect/process about you?
3.1 The extent of the personal information that we collect via the Information Site and Application Site, will depend on how you choose to explore the Information Site and Application Site which functions you use.

4. How we use and process the Information
4.1 When you submit Information through the Application Site, We will process the Information to assess your suitability for internship positions in which you have expressed an interest.
4.2 We may pass your information onto Human Resources (“HR”) representatives or other staff responsible for recruitment within the Warner Group that could result in a HR representative contacting you regarding other positions similar to those in which you have expressed an interest at some point in the future. If you would rather We did not hold on to your Information, please contact us using the ‘Contact Information’ set out below.
4.3 RS may send you alerts or reminders by email (or other communication means for which you have provided details) or through the Application Site regarding new job openings that match the search parameters you established in the search agent and/or applications that you have commenced but not yet completed.
4.4 We may also use the Information to respond to any questions you may have and to contact you regarding changes or updates to the Application Site, or the job application process.
4.5 Any Information voluntarily submitted via this Application Site may be maintained and used by Warner and its affiliated entities for their intended purpose.
4.6 If you do choose to provide Us and RS with sensitive Information (as set out in 3.5 above), you agree and consent to Us and RS using such Information for monitoring purposes.
5. Who do we share the Information with?
5.1 We may disclose the Information to third parties where We are legally obliged or entitled to do so, for example: where a complaint arises concerning your use of the Information Site; where We believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person; in response to a request from a government or regulatory authority; or in connection with potential or pending legal proceedings.
