The Application Process

Now for the most important part ... making your application...

All applications for 2017/18 are now closed!

Applications for the 2018/19 process will open in October 2017 – details will be released closer to the time.

How it works


1. Apply Online

All of our job descriptions and application forms are advertised here and you are welcome to apply for as many different Placements as you wish to. Please bear in mind that we only accept one application for each of our Placements so make sure your final version is your best version! You will be able to work through your application at your own pace; saving your answers as you go and only submitting it once you are completely happy!


2. Assessment Days

We will assess all the applications after the closing date and contact successful candidates via email to invite them to an assessment day. Each day will relate to a specific Placement and will take place at our offices in London with the exception of our Marketing and Publicity Placement in Dublin which will be held there. The assessment days will be held between February and April. We will reimburse travel expenses and provide you with lunch.


3. The Offer Process

We will deliver the good news to successful candidates following each assessment day and our Placement students will join our team in July of the year of application.

Once you have verbally accepted our offer we will invite you to become part of our Facebook group and our Placement community! Before you join Warner Bros. there will be a chance for you to meet up with fellow Placement students in London which will be a great opportunity to find people to share accommodation with.
